Oh Happy Day!

First things first: don't want to get my hopes up, but I kinda am O:). I have a second interview tomorrow for a FT position . ..So far, so good: their office has a nice southern feel to it: Charleston photos everywhere and white shutters , oh did it feel like I was back in South Carolina again, so fingers crossed they want a southern face and personality to go with their southern decor

Second: CONGRATULATIONS Kelly and Andy Strauss! :) Zach and I ...and I'm pretty sure the rest of the guest list had an awesome time at their wedding this past Saturday. Like our wedding, ya can't go wrong with all your family and friends in one room, ya just can't ;)
Here's some photos from Saturday <3

Third, I sure am glad we have friends here already. It's nice because I don't have to worry about making new friends in a new city; except if ya know me, I will still make new friends because it's hard for me NOT to. :)

Here's a sweet photo of Jess and Booters :)

The Bacon Won

Today my husband and two of his bestests, Josh and Brent, and I went to a place called Tony's Restaurant in Sagninaw, MI....about one n half hour drive! Well let me tell you first that they woke us up and said "Would you like to go eat the nation's biggest BLT?" Our initial thought was ...ummm yes but let us wake up!!!:)

So we go...and let me tell was a POUND of BACON per BLT. It was awesome! Zach, nor I got it but I got the Turkey BLT and it was GINORMOUS. Awesome, we felt Man Vs. Food: except the food won.

This is what a Tony's BLT looks like :

It was awesome. Both Josh and Brent took one half of it could feed a small country with just that one sandwich!

Oh, what a day. More good time's to come Michigan. :)

Ah Shucks. I jumped on the bandwagon again.

Yep, its true: I decided to start a blog because I was inspired by so many. They know who they are, well at least they should: because they rock at bloggin'.

Today was an eventful day and I am excited to be able to share with ....well to whom it may concern.:)

My husband and I have been living in Michigan (back in MI for the hub's) for over 2 weeks now and its been  GO GO GO. We are determined to get jobs and then get a place of our own. Egh, you're probably thinking: are they homeless? The answer to that question is NO, because of the in-laws/rent's, we have a roof over our head. Whew, okay I said it...yep we're living with the parents until we save up enough to get a place of our own: A HOUSE... one we can flourish and call home

It's rough out there and we don't want to start off living day to we did at the beach. We got high hopes for the job search: and many, many connections. Thank the ____ (insert preference)! <3

Here's a toast to new beginnings ------<:)
